New Product Launch Teaser Campaign Competition

Competition Terms and Conditions:

  1. This promotional Competition (“Competition”) is organised by Soho Flordis International South Africa (“The Promoters”)
  2. The competition is open to permanent residents and citizens of South Africa  over the age of 18 (eighteen) years, in possession of a valid Identity Document (“Participant/s”) and the children within the required age specification for the competitions except any minor, employee, director, member, partner, agent or consultant or any person directly or indirectly who controls or is controlled by the Promoters and/or immediate family members of any employee, director, member, partner, agent or consultant of or any person indirectly or directly in control or controlled by the Promoter, its advertising agencies, advisers, dealers and suppliers identified by the trademarks owned by or licensed to Soho Flordis International South Africa, its affiliates and/or associated companies and employees of Soho Flordis International South Africa.
  3. By entering the Competition, all Participants agree to be bound to these rules as interpreted by the Promoters, whose decision regarding any dispute will be final and binding. The Promoter reserves the right, with notice, to amend, modify or change these rules and to postpone, suspend or cancel this competition, at any time prior to the lucky draw, for a reason which the Promoters reasonably deems necessary.
  4. The Competition commences on 18 November 2024 and ends 12 December 2024 all days inclusive (“Duration”)
  5. Participants stands a chance to win the following prizes as set out below for each of the competitions (“the Prize”)
    1. Exclusive Wellness Hamper to the value of R5 000
    2. Spot Prizes in the form of: Takealot vouchers, product discounts and free products limited to 1 product per person.
  6. To enter the Soho Launch Teaser Campaign, the Participant is required to:
    1. Guess what the products that will be launched are by using the clues shared on the social media pages as a guide
    2. Comment their winning answers in the comment section and including the hashtag #PowerUpYourWellness with their answers
    3. The winner will be determined by a final consumer that is able to guess all 3 products correctly first. Should there be no consumer that has been able to guess all 3 products correctly then the one that guessed 2 products correctly will be the chosen winner.
  7. By entering the teaser campaign competition, participants agree that the “Promoter” is entitled to use their contact details to contact them, should they be declared the winner.
    1. All information gathered will be protected and will not be sold to a third party.
  8. The Winner will supply the Promoter with a valid proof of address and an email address to deliver the prizes.
  9. Participants may enter the Competition subject to the following:
    1. If any entry was made in a manner which in the Promoter’s discretion provides the participant with an unfair advantage over other entrants or contrary to the Terms and Conditions, such a Participant will be disqualified from this, and all future competitions run by the Promoters.
    2. Participants may enter this Competition as many times as they like provided the complete the entry mechanics set out above, each time. However, Participants are only eligible for 1 (one) Prize and only 1 (one) Prize per household is permitted.
    3. The prize winners are obligated to behave responsibly and comply with the Competition rules and all reasonable requests of the Promoter and its agents.
  10. The Prizes that are not in cash format are neither transferable nor redeemable for cash. The Promoters reserves the right to substitute the Prizes with any other prize of comparable commercial value.
  11. Ownership of and risk in, and benefit attaching to, the Competition will pass to the winner on the draw. No liability shall attach to the Promoters in relations to any claims, losses or liabilities for any loss of profit or any direct and/or indirect, special or consequential loss arising out of any of the Competition. The Promoters will not be liable for any defects in the Prize.
  12. Should any dispute arise in relation to the interpretation of the Competition rules, the Promoter’s decision shall be final and no correspondence shall be entered into regarding the decision.
  13. All participants indemnify the Promoters, its advertising agencies, advisers, nominated agents, partners, suppliers and trademarks owned by or licensed to Soho Flordis International South Africa, its affiliates and/or associated companies against any and all claims of any nature whatsoever arising out of and/or from their participation in any way howsoever in this Competition (including, as a result of any act of omission, or otherwise on the part of the Promoters and/or use of the Competition.)
  14. The Promoters may require the winners to be identified, photographed and published in digital media, when accepting their prizes, or having received their prizes. The Promoters may use the uploaded images in whole or in part, and any reproductions thereof, worldwide for advertising, promotion, and publicity or otherwise on any website for any media purpose and for any other lawful purpose whatsoever. The winner will be given the opportunity to decline to the publication of their images and to participate in the Promoters’ marketing material in so far as it relates to the Competition.
  15. By entering the Competition, the participants agree that Soho Flordis International South Africa and its affiliates (including the Promoter, subsidiaries and joint ventures) may contact the participants via the contact details given to the Promoter to deliver marketing communications regarding their products and promotional activities, provided that the Participants are given the opportunity to opt-out of receiving marketing communication at any time via the appropriate opt-out mechanisms provide by the Promoter for such purpose.
  16. Participants provide their information voluntarily to the Promoters and are required to take note of the following:
    1. Participant may not misuse Soho Flordis International South Africa brand/s or Competition in any way.
      1. Posts must not contain any content that is normally prohibited on the relevant media platforms such as explicit or offensive content.
      2. The Promoters have the absolute discretion to decide if Participants actions constitute any of the actions prohibited in terms of these Rules and to end their participation in the Competition immediately and take appropriate legal action. The Promoter may also immediately remove any posts that they reasonably believe constitute any prohibited content without notice to the Participant.
      3. Participants must comply with the terms & conditions and privacy policies of the media platforms.
      4. Participants must obtain at their own expenses all equipment and services that are necessary to take part in this Competition.
      5. By posting any content, experience, images on any social media platform in relation to this Competition and its associated promotional activities, Participants consent and give the Promoter a world-wide, royalty-free and non-exclusive license, to reproduce, modify adapt and publish any content posted and/or submitted by a Participant on a social media platform, for the purpose of promoting the products and services of the Promoters.
